Before founding Talent Marketing Coach, I spent nearly 15 years working in global B2B marketing and talent strategy roles, primarily within the technology sector.
That experience included building and leading a global recruitment marketing function from the ground up, running large-scale talent attraction programmes, managing significant RM budgets, and working closely with TA, HR, and senior business leadership to align employer brand with real hiring outcomes.
I supported tens of thousands of hires through marketing-driven talent attraction. I know what it looks like when it works - and when it doesn't. That's the experience I bring into every client engagement.

Why I built this
The missing piece wasn't more budget or more content.
It was marketing thinking, applied properly to talent.
Organisations investing in employer brand. Others running recruitment marketing campaigns. TA teams working hard to fill roles. And very few of them connecting it all into a coherent, ongoing system.
The result was predictable: reactive hiring, cold pipelines, hard-to-prove ROI, and EB and RM professionals working twice as hard as they needed to.
That's a discipline I spent 14+ years building inside global organisations. And it's what I now bring to the teams and leaders who need it most.
